"I just wanted to send you my sincere thanks once again for helping me to solve my dilemma of needing to find travertine stone to match my existing travertine stone installed in my home eight years ago. We both know that trying to match natural stone with an eight year gap is near to impossible.  Unfortunately, I had a very damaging water leak found underneath my home. In order to fix the damage caused by the water leak, it was necessary to cut into my travertine floor right in the middle of my living room and dining room.

After many weeks of a very diligent and grueling search of most all of the known warehouses in Anaheim and the San Fernando Valley, I was disappointed and ready to give up and submit to an unsuccessful search. I didn’t know of any other warehouses to search further. And I had no ideas of how I was going to ever get my floor back to the beauty that it had before the construction. Just as I was ready to throw in the towel, and within only a few hours of each other, I had two different friends (who don’t really know each other) tell me about Surfaces USA. Part of me felt like it would just be like all the other warehouses and a waste of my time to drive back to the valley again. But the other part of me couldn’t give up the fight for finding the matching travertine as long as another warehouse existed.

How grateful I am that I pursued looking further. How grateful I am that Surfaces USA chose to employ you to represent them. You are a caring individual who was willing to hear my desperate situation and take the time necessary to search for a remedy. This was not my experience with most all of the other warehouses that I had visited. "On behalf of my wife and myself, I want to commend Surfaces USA employees Dari and Luis for doing such a beautiful job of tiling out bathroom and shower. Dari worked with us to achieve a Travertine tile layout that would resemble a Versailles design without using the tile sizes required for that pattern. Dari showed great skill and patience while we selected the wall, floor, and field materials and style we wanted- we are just a little picky!
 Luis did a superb job of implementing the design in a matter of only a few days. When we mentioned that we were having visitors at the weekend, he worked such long hard hours that we had to make him finish for the night! Luis is a very talented craftsman with skills that would so credit to a journeyman of more advanced years 0 he is a treasure. The completed bathroom looks beautiful and exceeds our highest expectations.
 When we came to install the electrical outlet covers, we found a tiny imperfection. When we mentioned this to your organization, the response was immediate- Luis corrected the imperfection literally within minutes. Thank you for providing superior products, implementation and support!"

"Dear Mr. Joss,

I sincerely hope you read this letter. It was written with much appreciation and pure joy for having contracted your company. I always wanted granite in my kitchen especially after it became popular, but I didnt have the money and consequently did nothing until I saw your ad for the Oxnard location. It took me several weeks but I managed to go to your showroom where I met Al Cortez.
In no time, I became very excited about the prospect of getting granite slabs that I loved at a reasonable price I could afford. I came several times to the showroom and I was always very politely greeted. My installer Mike for Noth Hollywood came and measured the counter and worked closely with me very professionally. Lastly, he came on the day he said he would with the finished product and did an extremely professional job in installing the granite. Mike even had a few suggestions beyond what I wanted and to him I am very grateful since the job came out beautifully. I am a happy man. The kitchen is great. The granite is magnificent and the kitchen got cleaned up after the job was finished.

I just wanted you to know that I will forever be grateful for the service and product and of course the price. Anybody who asks will be told where to go to get the job done right! Thank you so much"

"I wanted to write you this note to tell you how much I appreciate your employee, Carlos Carranza. We are remodeling our home and needed almost 1500 sq feet of tile for the job. We looked at 7 or 8 stores until we found Carlos at Surfaces USA. From the moment we walked into the showroom, he was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Because your prices were good, we immediately decided to buy all of our tile from Carlos...Mostly because of his personality.
Over the past month, we have made over 8 trips to your store to purchase grout, tile, or drop off tile to be bull nosed. We have run into a few problems because our contractor underestimated the amounf of tile we needed, and we ran short of one style. Carlos went OUT OF HIS WAY to find us matching tile, including driving himself to Oxnard, because the stock they sent over was different from the tile we had originally purchased. Every time an issue came up, Carlos not only solved it quickly, but with a smile.
